We process account data, profile information, learning materials, messages, payment data, and technical data needed to operate the platform, keep it secure, provide support, and fulfill user agreements.
How data is used
Data is used for authentication, course and lesson access, user communication, payments, service quality improvements, abuse prevention, and important service notifications.
Sharing with third parties
We share data only with providers and partners needed to run SubSchool, including hosting, analytics, payments, communications, support, and security providers. These recipients must use data only to provide the service.
Storage and protection
Data is stored for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use technical and organizational safeguards against unauthorized access, loss, and alteration.
User rights
